Lexus has a new Home!!!

Lexus AKA Baby went to her new home last week. I've been waiting on pins and needles to find out if everyone was happy. Lexus is the pony mare that was rescued by a large horse rescue and eventually came to CMHR and my farm to be adopted. That was 6 months ago. I've been waiting ever since for the right person to come along. Several people had expressed an interest in her but were either too far away or really didn't seem like a good fit. Lexus is now a 3 year old and halter broke only. Not that she need a halter. All you had to do was lay your hand on her neck and she would go anywhere with you. I have to say she is the sweetest and kindest pony I have ever known. Three weeks ago a woman came loooking for some minis and I sold her two of my two year olds. The woman (Lynn) is a vet and wanted to train them in obstical just like she trains her dogs. She uses the clicker method. When I delivered the minis she told me she had fallen in love with Lexus, seems they have a connection and Lexus spoke to her. I don't think I could have found a better home for her. She is now a herd leader for two minis! After being there one week Lynn called and said Lexus was perfect. Great personality, loved to be brushed and is responsive to all her new commands. Seems Lexus enjoys being trained. What she really likes is all the attention!!

Today was a good day.!
