The East Coast Miniature Horse Club has donated a whopping $600 to the CMHR mission of thanks.

:aktion033: :aktion033: :aktion033:

They have also put out a challenge to all other clubs to make a donation. What ever you can do, just a donation. Get with your board,,,,,,,,you can't be out done!!!!!

You never know when the horse rescued,,,,was once one of your own.

Dollars are needed for CMHR to do their job,,,,,and the East Coast Club has just made that easier.

A huge thank you to all their members for being so kind. :aktion033:  :aktion033:

THANK YOU!!!!!

How many clubs are there in the world??? Times $$$$$$$

Their challenge is on Page 15 of the $3 Mission thread.

ECMHC is the greatest. We have alot of great members and I sure wish some of them would post here so everyone would know who they are. Its only because of them that the club was able to make the donation in the first place.

One member, Dr Tom Clarkson, even donated an extra $100 to go with the club's donation of $500. So come on ECMHC, show everyone who you are and that you care about the less fortunate horses in the world too.

Karen (minimomNC) has done so much work with the club. I hope I'll get to attend more of the functions in the future and I really appreciate all of Karen's hard work!

You're so right, Jill - there would not be a club if it weren't for Karen Hunter.

Justine dear ~ you know you're my buddy....but this comment is a slap in the face to ALL members of ECMHC, myself included.

ECMHC has many founding members, not just one, and while Karen plays a huge part in the Club , no single person does it all. I'm going to borrow a quote from one of my favorite members , "no one person is as large as the entire group" , and I believe most of our members contribute wherever they can.

Some contribute money, some contribute time, and some contribute experience, it takes all members to keep this Club up and running, no single individual is responsible for the success of ECMHC.

I think all our members are INCREDIBLE and this donation is par for our group, who are always giving of themselves to ECMHC and the other worthy causes we have supported in the past.

Just my 2 cents.........

ECMHC is a great club that has came along way since it was first founded. I am proud to be a member of the club too. There are so many great members in the club that has contributed to the clubs success. And yes Karen is an important role in the club but she hasn't done all of the work in the club because there is a lot of other great members that have stepped up and done work for the club. Not just one member can run a club, if just one person ran a club it wouldn't be a club. But i am so thankful to be a member of such a wonderful club. And i can't wait for the club's Christmas party next friday.
