Oh my, I am so happy with my new little boy! He is so darn cute and very, very sweet. He already had his first clicker training lesson, and is targeting like a pro! Here he is, sleepy and more than a bit shocked by all that happened today.

Oak Bay Turbocharged Edition!

I can't wait to see how this boy matures! He is really something already! He will make his show debut at either Oregon Gold or our first AMHA show of the year in Elma, both are next April. In the meantime, I will be clicker training away, he will be a delightful trainee.

Thanks for letting me share!

Congratulations Amy!! I'd have called you earlier today to find out if you got him home but I was severely out of cell minutes. It was so bad I had to change my plan for the first time since 1998 to avoid the charges.

I'm all loaded now though and will call you tomorrow.

He is adorable, congratulations! I can't wait to see pics of him in the spring without the fuzz. I just love buckskins!

Yay!

Glad he is home! Wished we could have done the road trip, but it is nice when they are brought right to you to enjoy!!!

Cool hope to see you at Elma. LOVE that show. Hope it doesn't snow again!

Congrats you your new baby.... How did Aladdin take it???

Alladdin was a good boy.

So was Esprit. They each greeted their new little friend with cheerful nose touches.

I am so very happy with Turbo! He looks a little less worse for the wear this morning. I gave him a little bran mash last night which got him started eating again. He was also eating from my hand. Poor little boyo! One minute out playing with your buds, the next minute on a long trip including two different trailer rides, all by your lil' self, then into a huge box stall and a scary dark paddock out the door. All alone.

I will probably try putting Esprit in with him in a few days, once everything is settled.

He is a very beautiful colt. He is so refined (under ALL THAT FUZZ!!!), upright, huge eye, and very correct legs. When he stretches out to touch something or sniff something, he looks incredible. I am so glad I got him! I have wanted a baby from Grosshill's Dandy Special Edition for years...it was worth the wait.
