new foal!

The little mare that I bought(after stalking her for a long while)(black homozygous pinto with two blue eyes, named Westwind Kolour Me Wilde, had her foal. At 314 days( exactly the same amount of days as last years foal, I am told)

Easy foaling, and foal looks great. Thank you GOD!

Bay and white pinto filly, with two blue eyes and LEGS! Has the exact wild facial markings as her dam. This filly is homozygous for pinto since both sire and dam are too. Sire's name is Katelands Cody.

Need a barn name. Thinking about Savannah, Cupcake, or Skye.

I am thinking about these names for her registrations:

"TrueJoy Stars Go Blue"

"TrueJoy Kody Chrome... or Koda Chrome or Cody Khrome or TrueJoy Cody Kolour?? That would use both names...

or...

TrueJoy Split Decision( since her face is half bay/half white)

Any ideas?

oh yes, I KNOW how lucky I am. Having had more than my share of dystocias, a C section, super sick premature babies, losing a mare, losing foals etc. I am truly blessed!! When its good, its great! When its bad its horrible. I know.
