pet quality minis?

hi there i currently own one miniature and am thinking of buying a second one. does anyone in or around eastern tennessee ever have pet quality minis available? i dont plan on showing so i really am not looking for perfection. all i want is a fantastic little companion for my sweet mini mare. I would be willing to drive up to 3 hours or so. thanks ya'll ~ sarah
