Photo question, Please help! I can't figure it out!

I can't figure thi out so I was hoping you could help me

: I was wondering how you post photos in the topic, I would love to post a few of my minis, I just bought a colt & I wanted to see what you all thought of him

You have to have the photo on the internet, either on your website or on photobucket etc.. Then you need to right click the picture or if on photobucket, copy the URL code for the picture.. Then to post it, open a post, and there on top above where you type the message, click the icon that has the tree on it, and a prompt will come up asking for the url, paste the photo url into the prompt and click okay..

and make sure you don't double up on the "http://" when you paste the url on.

you're deleting the [/img] from the end of the url somehow

Yahoo will not let you share photos, only photo bucket will.

sign up for an account and upload your pictures then copy the "IMG" url in here.

very few will let you share photoes now as it uses there bandwidth to show the photo.

How do I get the URL for the pic anyway? I right click, It gives me my options, Which do I choose??

Click on the photo button which looks like a tree in a white frame. Then cut and paste the URL,. BUT, I just tried it and the url you are using is NOT for a picture. It needs to be the URL to a picture.

http://www.photobucket.com/javapic.jpg does not link to a picture.

I'll see if I can help.

When you go to Photobucket, fine the picture you want to put on Lil Beginnings.

Click on it to open the thumbnail.

When you have it opened, right click on it.

Go to the bottom where it says 'Properties'. Click on that.

When that opens, go to the address and highlight everything up through 'jpg'. Don't highlight anything after that.

Right click 'copy'.

Go back to Lil Beginnings Forum and click on the picture code at the top of your post. Paste your code in the box and click ok. It should work.

Here's what you do go to your website left Click on the Picture the go to

"Properties" Then Copy the Picture Address it will look like this http://www.geocities.com/highmeadowminis/Javapic2.JPG

and then Click on the Picture Button and Paste the Address in the Pop Up and Click okay

and it should look like this
