I'd like prayer for my mom to recover from her gambling habit (her name's Ruth) and all of her friends/family (Linda, Lawanna, Floyd, Bret, Mona, Faye).

I'd also like to ask for prayer for a situation at our school, involving our oldest daughter, Courtney. She's gifted and everyone is pushing for her to be placed into the gifted program, but she doesn't meet the district's "guidelines" as being creative enough (like academics don't matter here?). I'd like for her to get the extra stuff that she needs to guide her in the right direction and keep her motivated to work hard, even if the school district says she's not good enough And for me to have the right words to say in order to fight properly for her.

My prayers for the people listed above, along with Alfie and his owners so that he may pull through this reoccuring colic.

I'd also like to ask for prayers for my son who is still recovering from his surgery last week. I also at this time ask for prayers for my sister-in-law. She is having her thyroid completely removed next Thursday at 9 am CST. Her and my brother-in-law haven't had an easy time of things... In Sept. she miscarried at 7 weeks and a month ago they found out that she has thyroid cancer. So please keep Lee and Trent in your prayers. Thanks Much!

My surgery on my arm!!!!!!!!!

Surgery yesterday was exciting, blocker or freezing, froze my lungs not my arm. So made it harder to breath, I was longer in recovery. They said I stopped breathing several times.

They gave me morphine for the pain.

Also the anaesthetist lady, broke my front tooth.

Feeling terrible stomach upset, prayers might help.

:new_shocked: OH MY GOSH!! Sounds like you had a real bad time!! I am so sorry to hear that! I just hopew now that they got all the "bad stuff" out of the way, and your arm surgery will be a grand success!
