Well...all, but one, of the puppies have gone to their new families. We still have a female available because one family decided now wasn't the right time. But we have lots of inquiries on her and, of course, she is here indefinitely

People from Michigan picked up their pup today and were so excited; he is the first and only pup we've had with eyes that were grey/green. And he's a heartbreaker, too

So...they sent these pics this aft, right after they got home lol. Too cute.

This is ShilohFarm's Salvation aka Trey

I know! Isn't the doggy bed cute and stylish

I've got to get Riis to lie on something. When it's hot out, she's been lying on the cement and her elbows are getting raw

Hopefully she'll start using a mattress that I'm getting for her today.

I wonder, why wouldn't something along the lines of a "hock boot" type of thing work for doggie elbows? I have seen the thinner areated neoprene, why couldn't a person make something with that...or some form of padded lycra?

Matt, it's like "so good" I don't live within a reasonable distance of you. I'd be so filled up with those kind of dogs and rag doll kittens!!!! NO WILL POWER and I just love pets

But, with those dogs, it would through of my logic a bit. I can justify five shih-tzu's (three are elderly) because you know it takes 5 of them to make a normal size dog. But it takes like two-three normal size dogs to make up one Berner!!!

OMGosh those pics are just too precious!! In that first one looks as if he's saying, I think I'm going to like it here. Love it! Jill, I'm glad I don't live closeby either...lol....I'd have me a few pups of Matt's by now I'm sure. The pics he posts always make me smile and melts my heart.

AUGH, Matt they are just too cute- I can't stand it. I bet the new families are all in love. You have such beautiful healthy and wonderful puppies.

Thank you very much everyone

Jill, we had a woman from Michigan buy our adult Berner, Heidi, last year. She said that when we have pups she wanted another female; so they got first pick of this litter and got a really nice girl
default_wub.png
Then she said that if we ever sell Katie (our girl from Callie's second litter), to let her know! I laughed and asked her how big her house was! Her husband is in the Army and away a lot, training soldiers. So she loves being surrounded by the fur kids

That is an excellent idea...Hmmmmmm....I think you should erase this and get to work on some sort of patent, lest someone steals your idea

Does she like to lie on anything??

I bought a 'cool bed' to put in crates when we got to summer shows a few years ago now...it is kind of like a water bed, with foam in the middle...keeps dogs cool and comfy.

I haven't seen them since, but saw some at the show I was just at on the weekend....

She likes to lie on her blanket/bed when it's cooler. When it's really hot, like it has been in July and some of August so far, she'll be out on the cement. I think I'll have it taken care of tomorrow. Thanks

HAHAHA!!! I bet if you Googled it, you would find someone already did. I think of stuff all the time, only to find I was beat by someone else.
