I am sorry - but you probably have to contact the websupport people for Free Websites to ask them.
I have no idea what software you use to do your pages -- and the answer to the links question would depend on how you creat the pages.. and that software.
If you were doing a "cold" html site (basic by scratch and hand coding everything) you would put in some HTML to specify the link name and where it was to be routed.
If you are using a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) software program -- there is some other way to do this - you would still need to know the "address" that you would put in the link - but the software would do the work for you.
example: lil beginnings forum would be http://www.lilbeginnings.com/forum
as the code or address in the link
