Can someone please tell me a good place to shop online for a nice in-hand show jacket at a reasonable price?

Are you looking for Western or just something nice? I've found some nice tasteful items at thrift stores and department stores. I'll get them tailored for a nice trim look and sometimes even add bling to make something that really stands out. However I do like simple jackets. I've been using my old hunt jacket for in hand showing, its a nice hunter green that goes well with my horse and myself. I think I may try making my own this winter, I really want a purple one but I haven't found one that wasn't 5 sizes to big. That's just too much to have taken in.

Hobby Horse just sent me their flyer on the "Broken Heart" Sale. There are some beautiful jackets on sale for half the orginal price. Still a little pricey, but beautiful!

Hi I would like something western style. Like the Hobby Horse ones but was hoping to get them a little cheaper

By the time I pay the exchange rate and postage, they get pretty expensive. Was wondering if maybe there was another store that sold that sort of thing a little cheaper.

EBAY!!! Look up dress jackets, evening wear, horse show clothes, etc.

My favorite jacket is one that I got at a local Catos department store for $6 then went to Hobby Lobby and got rhinestones to embelish it. LOL the rhinestones cost more than the jacket!

I went on line last winter and Googled in Used show jackets and got some incredible buys. I found someone who has a ton of show jackets. She wears them once or twice (sometime not at all) , then resells them. Hobby horse jackets that are usually $250 or a lot more, custom made jackets, the slinkies with them, which are alone more than $25, and I got them all for $25 apiece.

Turned my friends on to her too and they also bought a bunch of jackets. Now I have an unlimited source of almost new jackets. I told her that when ever she wanted to sell some more, to let me know.
