about conformation and beauty in the mini world and since there are many new members on this board show us your best conformed horse the one you own that is the epitome of miniature beauty and tell us why you think so. No flames and no critiques please.

This is my newest and probably one of the most beautiful. Midas.... He has perfectly straight legs, short back well set neck of nice length a beautiful head and eye, nice tail set. Half brother to my other near perfect mares Indy, the bay and white pictured in my avitar and Carbon the medicine hat in the nationals pic..

Lyn Thank you for the response and he is surely beautiful no doubt he will be bringing home the blues. I praise you for having a wonderful horse and showing us why he is so special to you.

I forgot to mention his level topline and croup and nice tail set. I think that sometimes the hardest thing to find is a good croup. I want to than Judie Evans from Clarion Collies for breeding this nearly perfect boy.

Well, I am partial to all my own horses (go figure!), especially those I've purchased the past two years. I feel I have really been able to upgrade my herd.

This is what I feel is my best made horse, and he is proudly co-owned with Erica. Here he is a few days ago with Erica in the first picture and about a month ago in the second.

He's a many time Grand Champion Stallion both with AMHR and AMHA, AMHR Nat'l Top 5, AMHA Honor Roll and looks to have just finished out his Halter Hall of Fame as a 2yo.

His breeding / bloodlines are the icing on the cake as he is an Alvadars Double Destiny grandson on the top, and a Buck Echo grandson on the bottom -- so A LOT of Buckeroo in this boy.

I love Destiny's l-o-n-g legs, neck, petite head, big eyes, little ears, short back, nice topline and tailset. He is also a very nice, snappy mover. Destiny stands just under 32" and is a 2yo stallion. He's also got a SPARK that just comes through to my eyes in the pictures and videos of him.

Destiny and my other stallion, DunIT (who is also really awesome, just ask his mommy -- grey grullo stallion in my avatar) are really the central horses to all my horse goals in the next decade or so to come. I have purchased other show and breeding stock the past couple of years but Destiny and DunIT are the key figures in what I'm trying to accomplish.

:new_shocked: Lyn and Jill...Those are both stunning examples of near perfect comformation; the top lines, necks, heads, legs etc. are just gorgeous. Both of their colouring is amazing!

It doesnt show on the pic but Midas is a palamino and white pinto. Hence the name Midas.

Thanks for the compliments on him everyone. He is new for me and Im very excited about his future. He has only been to one show and that was area 1.

I was hoping to see some of your at home stallions or mares who are no longer showing. to show how they age gracefully once well conformed always well conformed. We know show horses are in their best shape but what about some of those at home minis??????

This was taken in the Fall after show season, and we only show our stallion & gelding.

If possible a foal without the Mare.

My Mares and Stallion are 4 years to 13 years old.

Just love my little herd and are still making changes to my bloodline.

New Stallion coming Soon.

Again don't tell Sabrina she is a Goat, I am always amazed where they go she goes, rain, snow or shine.

Here is one of my best horses as far as confirmation goes. Yep, its Jinx and he is pictured in his natural state. He has been taken directly out of the pasture, bathed & clipped. I can only imagine how much better he would look if he was fit for the show ring! :new_shocked:

My next best I feel would be Flirt, my King Lee daughter, who I am still working on getting nice pictures of.

All horses posted so far are wonderful beautiful animals I love that shot Reble. How about some of the rest of the older beyond show years horses who are nicely conformed?

There he is Sheryl I was hoping Jinx would make an appearance.

This is Chianti's Heart. I just love him. He is just 2 months, I hope he stays as nice as he grows. That's him in the avator too.

Here are two pictures of our stallion B&L's Rock E Red Alert. He was the 2005 National Grand Champion Stallion and the 2005 AMHR Halter Horse of the Year for the Over division. He has a tiny head, long neck that ties in high, and great overall balance throughout his body. He's my dream horse.

Yep, Jinx made his appearance. I was at school when I saw this topic and I was able to post him between classes.

Here is a picture of Ms. B. She was 15 when this picture was taken and approximately 5 months in foal (carrying Flirt).

She is now in foal to Jinx for 2007. That should be a knock out foal for sure.
