I am following up from the previous thread. Had anyone heard a word from Sugar Rock Farm in reference to their tack orders? I ordered as well and payed via paypal, and haven't recieved my merchandise. I have sent 2 emails, and have not heard a word back, and can not find a phone number on the website to call. I am just wondering if anyone has heard a word from him??? Does anyone here know him personally or live very close to him that they could check out the situation for all of us??? Thanks....not trying to stir up trouble, just worried about my order and the lack of communication. I've always had great luck with Sugar Rock Farms, so am amazed this is happening.

no, not a word, but I had not placed another order yet. I never got a response to the questions I had in an e-mail .

I know Bryan and there must be some real issue. I know in the past he had a heart attack and possibly heart by pass surgery. There is a number on the website it is 256-232-3160. I know he has small children and so it could be any number of things. He is an honest person and wouldn't intentionally not fill the orders. Try calling the number and see if you get someone.

Well, my son and hubby have been trying for over a month to contact him and his mail box is always full and no one responds to the emails...I think we are giving up. It really is too bad that some communication wasn't left on his answering machine to let customers know what is going on. We too thought he was an honest man and I can't help but think something is very wrong there. He may have gotten in way over his head and can't handle it. Mary

I can't get ahold of him by email either but I can tell you that someone at his house was healthy enough in DEC to send out Christmas cards because I got a very nice one. In the past, he was great to do business with, I have no idea what has happened.
