The first foal of the season...

[SIZE=12pt]Well the first foal of the season arrived on January 24th. His sire is "Marystown Cowboy Wild Spirit" and his dam is our "To Sir With Loves Boomer" daughter "Allure's Boomers Pristine Aprina" who's a full sibling to "Hallmarks Boomers Bentley".[/SIZE]

I've already named this little guy "Allure Ranch Spirits Total Choas". He'll remain small since his cannon bone measured 7.25 inches.

Congratulations! It's odd for me to see a new born foal trotting on bare ground (with some green grass even! this time of year-- we have two feet of snow and more coming down.

Our first foals won't be arriving until at least April. It will be fun to see everyone else's foals though! Congrats again!
