These Election Survey Calls are Ticking me OFF!!!

I'm going to be SO GLAD when this election is OVER!!!!!!!!!!!

For two nights in a row we've received several survey calls.........Why don't they call at a decent hour??? We tend to go to bed around 9.........

They start AFTER 9 and the last two nights, the last one came in AFTER 10 PM!!! (I think it was about 10:20.)

What is frustrating is that it's a computer dialing and half the time, no one is on the other end. The one time a gal was there and I ended up literally yelling at her. (Didn't do any good.........The computer dialed us again about 20 minutes later.......)

I tried dialing *69, but that didn't work......

yeah that!! Mine are coming on my cell phone as 000000000 numbers. I am now just chosing to ignore the call!!

Why don't you just turn the ringer off after 9 p.m.? or do you have call display? If you don't recognize the number just don't pick-up. I can imagine how you feel, we get telemarketers calling at 9 p.m!!!! :arg!

Danielle, Two problems..........One is the fact that we are on alert because a good friend of ours is on Foal Watch, and she always calls us whenever she has a baby, or we would turn off the ringer. The other is just the fact the phone is ringing every 20 minutes or so AFTER WE ARE IN BED!

And yes, we are on a "no call list".........

Our Phone is always ringing after 9 also with them darn serveys, But we have cell phones so I just shut off the phone.

Sad that thay always have to call after 9 and I have had call close to 10 also. Grrrr. We also go to bed early as we get up at 4.

Yes I will be glad when this is all over too!

We had a call for a political survey..I just started talking German..never heard back..is this not discrimination??

My Telazapper only gets about half of them. But one of the worse keeping calling...would say 20 times in one hour,off and on all day. Finally answered and curtly told them to stop calling me. Hate crank calls no matter who it is from.

My Husband likes to say...Hello, this is Bob's Piazza.. how may I help you?

They always stop calling then.

Know what my friend does??

When a telemarketier or political call comes in they say can I ask you?? My friend says sure but "I go first"! So he then tells them he sell Amway(he doesnt) and that he wants to get them in Amway! He will say "Give me your number" and they will hang up!

He really loves messing with them!!

Why do they call AT ALL ??????
