They just get cuter and cuter !!!!

Oh my gosh am I ever proud of my dogs...these puppies just get cuter and cuter by the day. They have such obvious personalities and they are all so very different. You can't possibly sit out there with them for 10 minutes without falling totally in love with every single one of them.

I'm so glad they are finally 6 weeks old... at 5 weeks they are running and playing but at 6 weeks they speak for themselves about who they are. It goes way beyond looks and color at that point and becomes character and personality. This breed of dog is IT... just amazing. I love them so much. I am really going to relish the next 2 weeks with these guys... I already see two of them that would make amazing sight dogs but I have not heard back from the training facility that I emailed. I may call them and see what I need to do to get them in to be evaluated for training.

Tiny little girl... she looks like a black tri, but she's got a sable look to the tips of her hairs. She is SUCH a sweetie!!!

This is the biggest bulldozer of them all !! He is at least two times bigger and heavier than all the other 9 puppies! :new_shocked: He's got beautiful blue/green eyes and he's as brave and adventureous as they come !!

Very pretty little red tri female. This girl loves attention and she's definately a diva! She's scream her head off if you walk past her without stopping to pet her and tell her how beautiful she is !!

I could sit and take pictures of these babies all day long and never grow tired of seeing them. I know I've posted a lot of pictures here...sorry if it takes awhile for them to load. I've just very proud of these little babies and wanted to show them off a little bit. I have 10 babies all-together. It's a combination of 2 litters. 5 puppies each. 4 of them already went to their new homes before I got them out to take their pictures yesterday... 2 blue merle females and 2 red merle females... Sure wish I'd of gotten their pictures before they left.

I have one last litter coming any time now. I keep running out to check on her. She's a gorgeous red merle with blue flecks in her eyes... sister to the mother of 5 of these puppies. I'm really looking forward to seeing those puppies! Right about the time all of these pretties go to their new homes I'll be able to start taking pictures of my new babies. :bgrin

Oh, I love the color of the blue merel. remindes me of an Aussie I once had, Lily. That one that makes me want to call a red merel (am I right?) is gorgeous! Oh, if I could just scoop up every dog I fall in love with, I'd be a mess, lol... I have fallen in love with yours just from the pictures, I can imagine how I would fall in love with them in person! You can just see their personalities in the photos!

They are all so cute though. I'm glad you posted about them I was wondering how they were doing.

I'll bet they have got you really busy. And you're right, they are a great breed to have.

They are all so fat and chubby!

Amy is getting really ugly! She's in a gawky stage and all legs and SKINNY! You'd think I didn't feed her and all she does is eat and run and poop non-stop and wears me out. How do you keep up?

I'm all puppied out.

Oh my gosh...thank you all so very much for your comments... you've got me just beaming with pride. :bgrin :bgrin

These puppies do keep me very busy. They sure do know my voice, as well they should, I'm out there more than I am in here

: . I am soooo going to be sad when they go to their new homes.

But I know they will bring an endless amount of love, happiness, and loyalty to their new owners, so that's something good to think about.

Told ya'll that my other female was about to deliver. I've spent a huge amount of the day out there watching her and sitting with her while she laid her head in my lap and just enjoyed the time together. She's a great dog. But boy howdy....can she ever pick a busy time to decide to have those babies!!! I went out at 10 to check on her, and that rotten little goober snuck 4 babies in between 9 and 10 p.m. !!! (or should I say she snuck them out lol..) I stayed with her from 10 p.m. till 10 minutes till 2 a.m. My husband sat with me and Katie for a couple of hours, but he has to work tomorrow so he had to come in and go to bed.

Katie had 9 puppies. 3 girls and 6 boys. The girls are a red merle, blue merle, and a black tri.

The boys are two red tris, two red merles, a blue merle and a black tri.

SHEW.. I am VERRRRY tired. She really had trouble with that last one....he took forever to drop down (she was tired too) and as soon as he came out I clamped him off and worked with him awhile before he took off really well. Had a 100% successful deliver. Mom and babies are doing fantastic. This is a VERY nice litter of puppies...the colors are beautiful, the markings are great, and they're all a very nice size. Not too big, not too small. Great great litter. I am just over-joyed right now.

I am done having puppies now for awhile...time to sit back and enjoy this little guys as long as I can.

I am headed for a shower, and to collapse into bed now. Will update later.

Mine are the full sized Aussies. I don't have mini ones. I've actually never "met" a mini Aussie... I'd like to see one someday but they're not really common around here.

If I have my stuff right, AKC doesn't recognize a "mini" Aussie.... I'm pretty sure ASCA does, but AKC classifies them as working dogs and some have told me the mini Aussies cannot work animals like a full sized Aussie does. I don't know... like I said, I've never been around them. I've seen them online and MAN are they ever adorable though!!!

The new litter is doing great !!! Thank you all again so much for such kind comments on my babies. They are fantastic little guys.

Edited to add: I thought these were minis too! I have minis and they don't have any trouble working the horses at all. My male has been kicked and rolled and he jumped right up and kept coming and got the job done

: So I know mine can work just as hard as the big boys. I can't vouch for all minis though.
