I agree....It is a beautiful memorial to an obviously wonderful Spirit named Brigadier.

Hopefully a lot of people will see it. And I hope the JUDGE sees it who ends up dealing with the charged driver.

This is the first time I have read the threads of Brigadier and I am so saddened. I am sitting here in tears and a pit in my stomach, such a senseless trajedy. The monster who did this to this magnificent horse should pay dearly.

When I read about the offer to replace the horse I was not at all surprised that the offer came from Dave Carson. He is one of the most generous and knowledgeable men I have ever had the pleasure to know. I have spent many hours with him and his knowledge of horses is unquestioned. He has some of the nicest heavy horses in North America. He has placed his horses in virtually every state and province including atleast two of the Disney theme parks. I have driven his horses in parades and sat my grandchildren on their backs. The fact that Brigadere came from Daves farm makes it fitting that his replacement come from there also. Lucky you, Geese!!! I'd about give my right arm just to ride on one of his wagons!

I don't know Dave Carson personally, but I did send him an email last night expressing my thanks for his kindness and generosity to the Toronto Police Force.
