TSMHC shows, Western Pa, Eastern Oh

The clubs first show will be at the Randolph Fairgrounds, Randolph Ohio. We are going for a 2 day show this year. :new_shocked: AMHR will be on Saturday 20 May and AMHA on Sunday the 21.

On Sunday 18 June we are having an AMHR show at Meadville Pa. We are having it a month eariler this year. August has just been awful hot and stormy the past few years. So hopefully this new date will work out better.

Then on 2 July we will have a fun show at the Mercer 4-H Grounds, Mercer Pa.

We had a nice turn out last year. Everyone had fun.

Just thought you might want to know of some show dates ahead of time. I know most are already planning what shows to go to.

Yes, you are right Maggie K. show is the 15th of July.

I also heard that the North Allegheny Show, at Butler is going to be on 13 May (Sat) For people that were wondering if that show was going to be held this year.

I also have the show dates for the Western Pennsylvania Riding and Driving Club shows that are held at the Crawford County Fairgrounds if anyone wants them. They have halter classes from big to little. Mini's show in the pony under 50' but they have mini pleasure driving, obstacle driving and reinsmanship classes. Their web site is wprd.org

[Coventry Lane Farm]

Our fun show.. "Westmoreland Fair Open Miniature Horse Show" is being held on Sunday August 20th at 10 AM. It is $5.00/entry fee and we have all types of classes being offered from youth, halter, showmanship, multi-color, various performance classes and some fun classes as well for everyone to have a few good laughs. The last three years, we have gave $1300.00 cash plus additional prizes of various merchandise, gift certificates, rosette ribbons up to 5th place, trophys for the Champions and Supreme Halter horse of the show. All cash and prizes are donated from various sponsors. Last years show we had was the largest with 189 entries with over 69 horses attend. We had entries from Ohio and West Virgina as well and everyone had a great time! We had alot of very nice horses being shown, too many people to even list attend but Maggie from Mini Ridge Farm, Cathy, Jillian and Casey from Star Lake Farm, Melanie bringing Moonrunner and doing very well with all her horses too! It was great practice before heading to the Nationals. Our show is usually over by 5 pm so it makes nice for people that travel some.

Thanks for letting us know about the Meadville show date being moved to June, maybe even make a trip to Randolf depending on how much of a distance it is for us here to make.

Oh, right!!! I didn't think Meadville went with Maggie, but I just couldn't think of Hookstown. Duh-me. Thanks for providing the link to her site, too. I'll go look that up.
