Our web site is really in bad need of an update  . Who are you folks using for that type service that has done a good job for you?

:saludando:

Me, myself

John, my website is done by Linda Kempf, Sunrae Design. Linda does a super job and is quite reasonable.

Mona, here on the Forum does websites as does Jean Barnhill.

Myself......I also use Homestead. They are very easy to use as mistyrose said, and I agree, the cost is minimal. I might also add that we have had very few problems with Homestead keeping everything working, so that my customers can access my website. I have one for my sewing business, and I also just started one for my miniatures. Homestead has worked well for me.

I also use Homestead for both my Minis and my Model Horse site and am very happy with it

I host with GoDaddy and design it myself, hence its simplicity, lol. It is in need of a serious update, not because its sloppy, just because its about four months out of date. I've had some picture issues with GoDaddy that they told me was my own fault through programming, which makes no sence since its just a direct link. Anyways, that's my only complaint. Its cheap, that's for sure, and so far its been reliable (other than those pictures)

I do mine and one for Golden Meadow Minis

www.goldenmeadow-minis.com

I host through http://www.equine-hosting.com/

I am not good at graphics and have had to get outside help for some of that.

Forgot to add which software I use. I use NetObjects Fusion. Really easy to deal with.

I also use Freewebs, and keep it up to date myself. I have never made a website for anyone before, but I would always be willing to try for free. I make a lot of collages, silhoettes(sp?), etc.

Hello John,

This is Darwin Parker of Darro Miniature Horse Farm in Houston Texas. I have an excellent webmaster that designed my site and you can view it at www.darrominis.com or clock on the bottom of this reply. She is Teresa Coufal and she is in north Texas. Her e-mail address is [email protected] amd her website is www.coufalranch.com.

By the way John at the bottom of your info on this you have the wrong name of the new stallion y'all purchased at The Event. I have a half sister to him in our breeding program and their names start with WHISPERING FIRS. His is WHISPERING FIRS APACHE PRINCE and ours is Whispering Firs April Breeze.

Thank care,

Darwin Parker

I did website and graphic design for our farm's website. We use freewebs.com to host, and I must say, it is by far the best host I have used. We've tried a lot over the years, but I have never had a problem with Freewebs.

I would be very willing to work something out with you if you are interested.

I do ours myself --- the host provides a simple to use online package (don't even have to download it) and they have 3 options available on the hosting -- free with ads -- low level hosting $4.95/month and pro-hosting at $6.95 a month. Just found the host several weeks ago.

They have several templates to choose from and posting can be either elaborate (HTML Code or do it yourself) or use their software that runs on the web.

I tried Homestead and some others but could not get it working for me.

Jean Barnhill is doing mine & she is certainly nice to work with & does a super job.

Thanks, that is exactly what I was looking for.
