Hi Will,

You need a bit of organization such as frames or a table. I can help you out if you need me to, for free! I have a program called Dreamweaver. I can make you layouts similar to mine if you would like!

OK, kiddo. The first thing that you need to do is check with your host and see what all types of programs are supported.

Then get a copy of the banner that you already have on the page have because you might want to keep that.

Pick one of the programs that your host supports and obtain a copy. Since your brother has already put something up, it's probable that he could just turn this all over to you.

Most web posting programs have some kind of basic templates that you can use to get started. Pick one of those and just play around with it a bit.

Do you know where it is being hosted? Do you have any of the software, can you go to the main site and download a program? What was he using to build the site? Need more information to give advice.
