What's your favorite breakfast cereal?

Per request from Karla/ a.k.a Barnbum on my laundry soap thread.....here is another question to see what we all have in common.

I like Life(you know, Hey Mikey, he likes it!) cereal Monday-Friday.....the weekends I mix it up and walk the wild side of life

skipping the cereal and have scrammbled eggs with cheese.

What breakfast cereal do you like????

They don't make my favorite anymore but years ago, it was King Vitamin. And a cereal called Grins Giggles Smiles and Laughs.

So now, mine is Captain Crunch, peanut butter or crunch berries.

I'm kind of a plain gal I guess, I like corn flakes and I like em best with half and half.

Anything chocolate! Although I usually buy only the healthier cereals for the kids' sake, I do sneak in one of the chocolate variety now and again as a treat.

You didn't specify hot or cold, so...

My favorite hot cereal is Zoom by Krustees; it's a cracked wheat cereal. I make mine with raisins and brown sugar.

Cold cereal I like Cinnamon Life, Mini Swirlz cinnamon bun and a couple others that I buy occasionally.

I am a cereal addict and have been forever I don't usually eat breakfast but will have it for lunch or snacks

Right now we have 6 different kinds on the shelf

But if I HAVE to choose my top 3

Cheerios (the real ones not generic- I can tell a difference)

I don't eat much cereal......don't do milk...blecckk.....but I love granola the more "junk" in it the better (nuts raisins dates cranberries etc..) I eat this just plain.......speaking of which haven't had any in a month or two.....sounds good

I don't eat a lot of cereal, but my favorite would have to be Lucky Charms!

That or Crunch Berries.

Hot cereal: Oatmeal in its many forms: Steel-Cut, Groats, or Scottish are the top three. If I can't get those, then thick cut oats, and not the chopped up quick oats if possible. The first three are SO GOOD w/a bit of buttermilk and a pinch of cinnamon and a teeny bit of brown sugar on 'em.

Cold cereal: I love Smart Start, the one w/Soy in it, but I like most of the "good for you" types, though if you read the labels, most are pretty high in sugar and many have trans-fats in them.

For a junky cold cereal fix, I like Capt. Crunch peanut butter.

I can't believe no one has mentioned CHEERIO'S, I love them, plain, honey nut and the sugar coated! They are also great for a milk free snack.
