Where do you keep your paperwork?

Michelle's post reminded me - I too have a spreadsheet of the horses, name, #, gender, age and color.

I use it for our vet when she comes to do coggins, and shots - she can go through and make sure she's got copies of the paperwork on all the ones she's done the previouse year, and add the new one(s).

I try to get make sure that she has copies of the registration papers on each horse she does, and it saves her a ton of time to have the bulk paperwork done ahead of time. I know she will be happy this year that the only new one will be the perlino filly, no markings to fill in, she just has to remember to put the blue eyes on the form!
