WV Horse Shooting

Really a frightening story to me - some folks in WV found their daughter's horse shot & dying. She had been the target of high school bullying and the kids doing the bullying had threatened to kill her horse just a day or so before. He was the only one of nine in the pasture who was shot. How scary is that! Hope they come down hard on these kids, it won't be just horses they are a danger to in the future.

How tragic and yes, sadly, it will escalate. There are many studies showing that young adults that harm animals are much more likely to move on to humans in the future. So sad.

Oh my god thats horrible. If I were them I would set up a night vision camera in the pasture area. Try to get those dumb kids on camera so they could be caught. You know like the ones for hunting.

What is wrong with people? I keep battling with my brother and sister in law about fighting at school. There view is their kid has the right to defend themselves. I pointed out if both parties have fists flying then both kids will be punished. But, if their kid just ducks and covers. The other kid will be the one to be in trouble with the law. I will be glad when school is out.
