    How is she looking?

Bonny I found the temp changes to be acurate for dogs but not horses. My mares tended to do what Sandy is , elevating temp which is one of the things that causes the sweating. Lyn

    Sandy's New Foal!!!

Bonny congratulations!!! Glad I was wrong on my halloween prediction! She is an adorable little mule. You could still call her pumpkin. She looks like a little donkey with the cross on her back. Enjoy her! Lyn

Is this too much to charge for board?

Christy I pay my trainer in NY 450 a month for complete driving training and board. To board a stallion there just for board is 150. I have two boarders here, both were bred here and she does come help feed when I am gone. they pay 50 dollars each. I think 450 for board is high. Lyn

    How is she looking?

Not yet..... sticking to my prediction.... Im sitting in your same shoes waiting for Hunter to whelp..... I know there are 7 and her temp is down to 99.7 but she usually drops to 97. something. So sad JUST to be used.....

I sold a filly last year that is boarded here. Her owner does not ever want to breed her. I would qualify her as show and would probably breed her because she is so lovely with the temperment I love. But, as long as Janet owns her , her wish is not to do that. I respect that. Lyn

    Breeding in a bad economy

WE had 1 foal this year, she is now for sale. I sold one for a little less than I was wanting but he is going to a great home. I traded an ASPC AMHR Mare for an AMHA AMHR mare both are in foal so that is one for one. Also sold an ASPC AMHR Stallion for a Buckeroo grandaughter bred to a buckaroo...

    Breeding just Miniature Horses OR

I breed dogs too but not just to support the horses... Im fiercely competative. I show the dogs I breed and , I dont breed them if they dont show. Sort of same with my horses except I have better income from the dogs than the horses. With the horses you get 1 shot per year period. With the dogs...
