I beleive some folks use a bunbag. What we've used to Saber (while he doesn't poop indoors he wears it to keep staff happy) is a minitack driving diaper that we've modified a bit to make it deeper and open attached to a training surcingle.

Just this year our 8yr old pinto Saber developed a new white "spot" near the right side of his neck

When I take Saber for a drive and this little girl is outside Saber wants to see her just as much as she wants to see him. Its so touching. This was their 2nd encounter.
