Hi, Welcome From the great state of Texas! Many people breed the tiny ones, I like the 32-33 inchers myself. I would just say, breed to a smaller stallion, and make sure you can be there at the birth to give assistance if you have to. Have fun with your filly!

I would say call the vet out, just in case. I would hate for her to get pneumonia. They can give you thr proper medications, and monitor her. good luck
