Hey Becky, See our foal also has has the milk running out her nose since day 1, but we did milk the mare out 1 time right before nursing and nothing came out of her nose...but that was only 1 time!!! And 5 mins after that she drank again and it came out..so? She doesn't have pneumonia yet at...
