A very cool Mother's Day present

We attended our club's first show of the season today. We entered the two year old mare class and the solid color class. We didn't place in the solid color

We DID bring home a BLUE ribbon in our age class. And THEN we got the Grand Reserve Champion for mares! I still can't believe. I think I literally floated around the show grounds for a while after that.

Not the greatest picture of either of us....but it definitely shows how happy I was:

No matter what happens the rest of the season, I will call it a successful year!
