Was 4" and counting at 11:20am....DS even got to break in the new snow shovel.

Anyone else in the NW getting more than a bit of snow?

Well, we had a very little bit come down this morning, nothing that stuck. Now it's just raining. I can't wait to go on our cruise in a couple of weeks.

SUPPOSEDLY our high was to be 41 degrees today.......HA! What do "they" know?!!!

Last week's mild weather got me all Twitter Pated for Spring! What a wake-up call.......

PS: Mark, you were posting while I was......You guys are going on a CRUISE?????? WHERE????? You lucky dogs.....

It snowed here Sunday night/Monday morning enough to make everything picturesque but that was it. Now it's dumping outside my office windows but it's coming down so fast I think it must be sleet or mostly rain. We'll see!

. We get to board early, watch them get married, and go on a week long cruise to celebrate. There are around 40 of us going, should be a blast. We stop in Ocho Rios, Jamaica; George Town, Grand Cayman; and Cozumel, Mexico. In checking on the temperatures lately, it has been around 85 degrees with a low around 75-78. I think we can live with that!

INstead of us having our normally cold and snowy Feb. this past week has actually been really nice. Today it hit 50 (unheard of for us) and alot of our snow melted, my pastures look like the lake has moved and settled right smack dab in the middle of them!

Only problem is now if our temps drop (and we know they are going too) everything will turn to ice.

. I will be so glad when summer is here to stay.

Mark and Sharon, Our daughter and SIL, are leaving on March 13, for a 1 week cruise to the Carribean also. It sounds like the stops you listed are the same ones they are stopping at. Hope everyone has a great time , and you comes back with pictures and stories to share with us. Just think of us back here...we will all probablybe watching it SNOW.

(Tell him congratulations....in case he remembers us.) You are going to have a BLAST. Guaranteed! Larry, Bri, and I went on the first Mini Horse cruise that Sami organized 7 years ago and it covered almost everything you listed........It gave us some life time memories.

Hope it does the same for you and Sharon......

Yep! We have snow here in good ole Scappoose again. Had to drive to work on slick roads and I'm not liking it. I have sure gotten the use of my 4 wheel drive this year. I also cannot wait for Spring. But we don't have 5 1/2" like you Shari. It snowed about 2 inches then melted then started snowing again and now the temp is dropping so I'm sure it will be ice in the morning when I leave for work. Yuck!

It's been snowing all day in Yakivegas, and just a bit ago it started to stick...

Snow off and on for the last two days in Medford. Only sticking in the hills. I am sure the I-5 Siskiyou pass is treacherous.
