We're a very small breeder averaging less than 3 foals per year. As all of you small breeders know, it can take a LONG time to really get your breeding program working!

We're excited that 2006 was such a good year for the first foals by our herd sire, Buckeye WCF Classical Magic (aka "Magic")

Magic's 2005 son, Alpha Farms Magical Debut, didn't show at Congress or the World show, but did very well in his limited showing and in addition to several Grand Championships at local shows, was All Star Champion in his yearling division. "Debut" is now owned by Quay Doench

Magic's 2006 son, Buckeye WCF Magical Notice (you all know him by now as "Jet" ) was bred by Buckeye Walnut Creek farm who purchased the Sweepstakes breeding to our stallion. As you know, he is now owned by Kay:

-Congress Champion Foundation foal of current

- World Champion Classic foal of current year

- All Star Champion - Foundation foal of current year

We're expecting 5 foals in 2007 - 2 by "Magic" - and we are very excited!

And in AMHR ....

Alpha Farms Black Russian - AMHR National Grand Champion Pleasure Driving 30-32

"Russian" (who is not by Magic) was the very first (and only) "Alpha Farm" horse to show at Nationals. He was Grand Champion Pleasure Driving 30-32" and won his stake class. His owners, Lee, Deb & Melissa Meyers have done a WONDERFUL job with him and we thank them for believing in him!

You'll find photos of "Russian" driving on pages 45 & 73 of the newest journal
