oh my, that poor dog. How in the world could someone do this? I just don't understand. The only thing that brings me comfort is that I believe there is a spot reserved for people who do things like this and it's not Heaven . So very sad.

WOW that is so heart wrenching! How can people be so cruel and sleep at nite?? I just dont get it. Hope they find the owner and charge him or her criminally. Unfortunately they usually just get a slap on the hand, but at least its something. Poor dog didnt deserve this
