I have a new colt that lots of pony in his back ground and he is going ot be a big boy. Can I register him as a ASPC if his parents are only AMHR? he has ASPC in the back ground, including VanLo.

I am going to say no, I do believe to register ASPC, both sire and dam also have to be ASPC.
 
[SIZE=14pt]No, He has to have two ASPC parents in order to be reg . ASPC is ablood registry and amhr is a size reg. Two different things. You can have an aspc/amhr tho if they are reg shetlands under 38 inches.[/SIZE]

Even if all four grandparents are ASPC registered, it may be impossible to get the parents registered because I believe there is a rule that says ASPC registries need to be done by either their 3rd birthday or their 3 yr old year. If that is the case, the chances of both parents being younger than 3 are slim. but if they are, it is worth looking into, but do so quickly cause this year is coming to an end.
