These little guys just keep getting cuter!!!
But definitely more work!! LOL And when they aren't waking me up at 4:00 or 5:00 AM because they want food, Moxie is waking me up because she's hungry!!! (she goes in with them after they've eaten and cleans up leftovers....she's turned into quite a hoover queen!)
The puppies are just starting to really play and romp around. They don't like spending much time in their pen...it's much more fun terrorizing Mom!! LOL And they LOVE Moxie's horsie bed! That is THE spot to snooze on!
Moxie is doing well....I don't think she's producing much milk now as the pups are eating food, but they still nurse off her a bit.....when she lets them!
It isn't as often as they'd like! LOL
Her hotspots are healing, but goodness they are large and nasty looking. I was warned it will probably take at least 6 months to heal
which was what I had just started to worry about!!! I'm supposed to be going to Kentucky in April for the Cardigan National....but if Moxie still has bald spots, it's not going to happen
Guess I can't worry about that too much now, just take it week by week and hope it's healed in time.
Here are pictures taken over the last couple of days.
Can you count 9 puppies???
Playful pups
And Buster the cat visiting for the first time!
