Anybody heard of the sim game Bits?

I had someone contact me and tell me that some farm in Georgia had a mare on their mare page that was a full sister to my Legacy. Well, I knew that was impossible so I checked it out and sure enough there was a mini mare on their mare page with my mare's pedigree. There are a lot of pictures on that website and a lot of pedigrees that I am sure were copied from websites and facebook.
In little bitty letters on the bottom of the page it states that it is a Bits Sim Game.

Just thought I should share in case they have stolen someone's pictures.

Over the years I've gotten several emails asking for permission to use horses photos and have had others mention that they have as well. I've always kind of thought it weird but I appreciated the ones who asked because many don't. Back when I looked into it I read that it was a requirement to have permission.

Just so I understand correctly.........this website is part of a Sims game? If this is a game, why can't the makers of it come up with their own made up names instead of using pedigrees of real horses?
