Appy or Lacing?

As I have said I clipped Dusty last week. I know he is Silver Dapple. But he has extra white on his back. He is Appy bred. His mother has Appy charismatics but also has lacing as seen in this picture from when she was 3. She turns six this year.

I hope you can see it in this picture. She has more now but this is how she started.

These are some pictures that I took today of dusty. You can see the large dapples. He also has smaller white spots. Do you think this is Appy or Lacing

He is 3 this year and did not have any of this white until this year.

She looks to be silver dapple to me. Does she have appy marks on mouth and genitals?

Does the horse have any Appy characteristics? White sclera? (since silver dapples can sometimes have mottling and striped feet too!)

Both do have lips, eyes, genitals, striped hooves. The colt looks like he is wearing eye liner. The first picture is his mother. Along the top of her back she has white lacing. More now then in the picture. That was 3 years ago. I see the big lighter splotching dapples on her that is not the question. It is the white on her back that is now more than it was 3 years ago. The rest of the pictures are of her 3 year old colt. Also on him I see the splotching or dapples. My question is the small white spots on his back. Would they be appy spots or lacing?

I don't see lacing, but I do appy characteristics. I would tend to say silver dapple with appy mixed in.

The photos I clicked on look more like appy spots, not lacing.

However, I'm not an appy breeder. We DO happen to have several with lacing.
