Well Jack is back to playing/eating/and drinking normal. However he is still loose. Not so watery but loose.

Today is the first day he has been completely on his old food. Before he was on special food and I added water to it to make sure he was getting enough water.

Well after watching him today I realized he was eatting funny. It didnt click before that he is at the age of cutting teeth. And sure enough he is cutting a lot of them. There are at lest 4 in the back comeing in and the two fangs(sorry dont know what there called) are starting to cut.

The vet did say his stool issues could be from stress. So im wondering if it isnt the teeth cutting that is doing this to him. It would more then likely explain the slight fever he is running.

That said he has a hard time even chewing his bred with his pills in it. So despite my trying not to throw up, I have to litterally shove them to the very back of his mouth. WEll let me tell you, the things I wouldnt do for my pets and normally seeing anybody to this or if I had to do this for any pet other then my own, I would be vomiting real fast.

Hey Ash, try dipping the pills in peanut butter.

Tracey gets pills daily and I know there is a straw thingy you can just blow them down their throats too, but I just open her mouth and ram them down with my fingers. She loves it. :new_shocked:

Natural canned pumpkin, I swear... it'll firm up his stools quickly and naturally.

: There's plenty of documentation of this remedy working for dogs on the Internet so if there are any doubts just do a search at www.google.com.

: Glad to hear Jack's feeling fine otherwise and I hope you get better soon, too.

He is almost done with them so I can handle sticking them down his throat. After all he is only a 10 pound dog not like he is some huge dog that is fighting me. Although with his special food I think he gained some more weight he looks kinda pudgy compared to normal.

But like I said he is pretty normal, getting into everything and on everything.
