Any have any good ways to make it? I have 4 over ripe bannanas that I dont want to throw away(not counting those in the freezer) anybody know of a good way to make it?
 
Hi Ashley, I cant help but Hubby is a prof. chef and he makes a couple mean banana breads. I will ask when he get home. He always changes recipes he sees. I know hes made banana bread w/choc chips ...hes even put white choco chips ( I really loved that one ) and I think I remember one that had sort of a layer of peanut butta

Someone posted this recipe back a couple of years ago here on the forum. I have not had a chance to try it but have heard tell it's really yummy! If you have 4 bananas you can probably get 2 loafs out of this recipe.

Banana Cream Bread

Mix the following ingredients in the order given

1 c. brown sugar

2 eggs

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsps. vanilla

1 3/4 c. flour

2 ripe bananas

8 oz. cream cheese

2 tblsps. oil

3/4 c. nuts

1 tsp. baking soda

Grease/spray a loaf pan and cook @ 350 for about an hour

This one is yummy.

Russ's Banana Bread

1 cup sugar

1 egg

4 mashed bananas

1 1/2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

gradually add 1 stick melted butter

add small cinnamon chips or chocolate chips or nuts or peanut butter chip or all of the above

Pour into a greased pan

Bake 350 40 - 50 minutes until cake tester inserted comes out clean
 
Those both sound yummy! Going to have to print those off and save them!
