I have never had a problem with them using the litter box. I have heard of early generation cats having problems with using the box though. Bengals are bred from the Asian Leopard Cat and the early generations are called F1, F2, and F3. Picture below is a Asian leopard Cat. After that they are SBT registered. Most Bengals that you see available are very domesticated and far removed for the wild cat. With any cat that is from a breeder you must make sure they are raised properly and not in cages which would cause problems with litter box training and socialization I only raise around 5 litters a year and they are in the house. They do not have stress and have access to a box which they have always taken to it immediately. It is very important to know where your cat is coming from and if possible see how they are raised. A good breeder will sell their kittens with a contract and health guarantee. Also, if anybody is interested, there are Bengal Rescue organizations that have wonderful cats that just need homes due to moving or owner issues.
