I shared the link on the facebook group and my goodness!  it started a riot.  People who had never trained a driving horse compared them to teaching dogs to pull and said dogs didn't use bits why did horses; bitless folks got hot and bothered about those cruel bits; it was crazy silly.

every driver    rider is different,   every horses mouth is different.  we are all entitled to do what is right for them and their horse.  i rarely use more than mybaby fingers and my voice to direct charlie and daisy.

A bit is a tool and like every tool should be used correctly.  Even a halter is a tool.
