If you have read this book, then please let us know what you thought of it. What was your overall opinion (likes/dislikes) of the story? Will you purchase the rest of the books in the series?

**If you haven't read (or finished) this book, then you may want to stop reading here.**

Ooooooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhh man, I really hope my booky / reading friends here like this book as much as I did!!!

I was taken with it from the first book (the book for this month), and just really clicked with the main character. The author, Molly Harper, also has a werewolf series that I also really enjoyed even though my first thought was "I'm not going to like a werewolf booK!". There is yet another spinoff that is vampire related, but it really seems to match up if you read the inital "Nice Girls" series, and / or the werewolf, and then the spinoff that also relates to vampires (but it feels like the same world betwen the series). They do all sort of connect, but not in a way that you won't get it if one series catches your interest more than another.

Molly Harper has another non-paranormal book that I enjoyed, too. The title of that one is And One Last Thing.... I liked that one a lot, too! If you click with her main characters, this is a book that also works

They are really "light" novels, but very fun. I think that anyone that is into Stephanie Plum will like these ones (so if you like these but don't know about Stephanie Plum, then there's something else to check ou!!!). Just "easy" novels with a female man character tha you will probably really like for all her quirky ways that combine the way a lot of us question our own selves, but at the same time recognize that we have powerful qualities. (hoping that makes sense to my friends here!).

My fingers are crossed in the hopes that some folks here will like these "Nice Girls" books and the author Molly Harper as much as I do!!!

I just finished it and I LOVED it! The humor was addicting, as was her witty charm, and Gabriel was 'yummy'. I can't wait to read the other three books in this series - I won all four on Ebay and will be starting book 2 tomorrow.

I knew Missy was the bad one. I thought perhaps Walter had faked his death and was helping her though.

Jill, do the spin off books have Jane in them? I read that they take place in the same town?

I'm doing a happy dance that you like the book!!!!!!!!!

The vampire spin off does "overlap", but not in a way where you'd have to read the "Nice Girls" series.

As far as I remember, the werewolf one does not overlap other than that at one point, the bookstore that Jane is involved with is referenced (if you don't know who she is, it doesn't "matter" for that storyline). I didn't think I'd like the werewolf one, because it was werewolves (crazy, but I thought vampires were more relatable), however, I actually enjoyed those "Naked Werewolf" books just as much as the "Nice Girls" books.

I hope there will be LOTS more from Molly Harper! I think she is my favorite "new" author. Whatever she has published, I'm going to want to read. Also, if you use FB, she's a good one to fan / friend. She's posted some cool status updates in the past.

I love how there's a qoute from the guidebooks at the beginning of every chapter. I also liked how it wasn't really a romance novel, but it 'teased' us. Lol.

I think Molly Harper is on my favorites list too. Can't wait to read her other stuff!

It was better than what I thought it would be. Really liked the book and want to read the rest of the series. Nice light reading to offset the thicker, more involved novels that I have been into lately. I really laughed out loud in some spots, tried not to while at work. Great choice for a book of the month.

I just finished the second one, and I swear, it is just as good as the first one. I really hope I won't be disappointed with the next two. I really love the characters. I think I'll be really sad when I get done with the last one.

I just finished this series. Oh my gosh, it was so good. I almost feel empty inside now that it is over. Lol. Thank you Jill for suggesting this book! I think this series is officially among my top three favorites.

Then I'm going to have to give the others in the series a try. Sounds like they are as good as our Feb pick!

I'm finished and to my surprise, I really enjoyed it. Not enough to continue with the series but I did like it. It was easy reading and I liked the comedy in the book. I connected more with Aunt Jettie, Zeb, and Dick than I did with Jane and Gabriel, which is unusual.

I'm glad I read it because I was going to pass on it as it didn't sound like something I would like. Happy to be here and read things that I normally wouldn't....expanding my literary horizons.

That's great! Glad to hear you liked it. I think you're all caught up to us on the monthly books, aren't you?

That's one thing thats nice about the kindle....instant download. I just don't understand why the books aren't a little cheaper than buying a hardcopy. Most are about the same price.

Does someone have to type the words onto a computer in order for it to become an ebook? Not too sure how they are put "into the system".
