Ick.... lots of mistakes in that article:
Breyer never made purple horses early on. Blue and gold, yes, but never purple! Even then, it wasn't until the 60s. The only purple horse I heard of was "Bourbon Street" and he was issued in 2002 at the Open House.
I have NEVER heard nor seen a "blue frost" Arabian.
Breyer didn't make lamps. They sold the models to a company that made the lamps, and that wasn't until the mid 60s.
Breyers are NOT solid. They are hollow. THAT'S why they have a hole in the nostril. The ones that don't swell in the heat, and once bloated, are ruined.
A whole new arena of collecting has broken out recently. Customizers are artists who take Breyer horses and change their appearance, maybe adding real hair to the mane and tail.
Recently? People have been customizing, again, since the 60s....
Last, but not least, BreyerFest is not a week long. Just a weekend.... (it can SEEM like a week, though!)
Someone needs to do her homework...
And to answer your original question, the Mini horses are as follows:
Midnight Tango
Boones Little Buckeroo
Both on the "Midnight Tango" mold.
And on the Merrylegs mold (some were not issued as Miniature horses):
Dapple gray (Merrylegs)
Alabaster (white)
Bond Snippitt (chestnut pinto)
Martin's Dominique (black)
Bay pinto
Palomino
Flocked black pinto with a cart (EXTREMELY hard to find)
Plus the Wee Trio in matte and gloss. You can also find the Stablemate ponies in several other colors, if you like the little guys. They were issued as Shetlands.
