Can anyone identify any of these plants?

Fingers crossed, we'll be closing escrow within the next couple of weeks. There are a bunch of plants there that I'm not familiar with, and we plan on getting rid of most of them. I know there are about 7 oleander trees and they are the first to go. But I was wondering if anyone knew what kind these other plants are. I'm not only concerned for the horses, but am wondering if some of them would be okay to use for firewood (obviously oleanders wouldn't be)?

Tree 1 - We were told it might be a eucaleptus?

Tree 2 - Pretty sure this is a pomegranet tree?

Oh, dear... I am not great at this but I'll take a stab at a couple.

Bush 1: Looks like something in the rose family. Does it have thorns? Even if it doesn't, some varieties don't have many, if any so I dunno.

Bush 2: Looks like some sort of juniper?

Bush 3: not sure

Bush 4: Looks like a varigated Euonymus

Tree 1: Eucalyptus, they are pretty distinct

Tree 2: Could be pomegranate

Tree 3: not sure

Tree 4: Not sure on the picture, does it look like a baby oak?

Tree 5: does look like an olive tree

Tree 6: pine tree

Tree 7: Does look kind of like a cottonwood tree

Tree 8: Could it be a brazilian peppersomething-or-another (Schinus family)?

I dunno, maybe someone knows better. There's always google

I'll have to check on my computer at home - I can't view the images from this computer. But I'll bet we have a lot of the same trees/plants

Edit to add - Nope - your plants are very different than ours! We have junipers, pines and pepper trees - oh, and lots of yucca! That's about it!

Tree 4, probably a carrotwood tree (they don't get real big... non toxic)

Tree 3 - Pretty sure it's "Ailanthus Altissimus" - "Tree of Heaven" - also known as "STINKWEED" - if the baby leaves smell like rotten fritos when you squish them, that's what it is.

They ARE weed trees... but can be cool. Non Toxic. But you have to be on top of them! They will reproduce from roots, seeds and suckers! They will be everywhere! We have 4 large ones left, and we cut down babies several times every year!

We haven't told hardly anyone that we're moving yet, I've only told four people (two of which are my mom and brother), and everyone at this forum that reads this. Lol. Haven't told any of my friends or family. It will be a huge surprise, but that also means that I can't ask any of them what kind of plants/trees these are. We don't have any local nurseries, except for Home Depot but the people there aren't very knowledgable about plants.

We definately don't want any of these trees reproducing themselves. Like I said, we'll remove most of them and plant our own, or leave the areas vacant. They're kind of scattered all around the front 2 acres.

At least now I have an idea of what to google. You guys are the best!

Bushes 1 - looks like a climbing Rose

Bushes 2- Juniper shrubs.. nice when they are kept trimmed, we have them here.

Bushes 3- Boxwood

Bushes 4 - Azaleas

Tree 1 - eucalyptus

Tree 8- looks like Olive trees

Looks like you might have a couple of nut trees or citrus trees.

I would take leaves to your local extension office or Nursery just to make sure.

Bush 4 looks like a Pittosporum. I agree #1 looks like a rose.
