I really appreciate the help of mine being created for me but I am so darned impatient lol i'd like to get my photo's changed...is there a program that puts it together for you or?? And I know the pics have to be under a certain size, what's the size limit per picture?

What you need is a ".gif animator program" there are several ones that you can get on-line for "free". If you have a program called "Picture It" (by Microsoft, the full version, or Digital Image or Digital Image Suite, also from Microsoft) there is a feature in there called "flipbook". You use that to make the moving "avatars". Photo Studio Version 4 (that is an older version, the newer ones don't have the option any longer) also have the ability to make the animations. If you get something from the web for free, do a little investigating about the program and make sure you download from a reputable download site. Hope this helps

Wow! Thanks very much for your help!! i'll have to get some of these programs on my computer but that'll be no prob, my b/f's a computer whiz and gets these programs from his work and stuff! =)

No actually my avatar was made by a very nice lady here on the site, I need to get some different photo's up since two of the horses scrolling on it now are sold, and I don't know how to get the gif animator thing lol i'm so confused!

If you don't have the above mentioned programs (Picture It, Photo Studio Ver 4, Microsoft Photo Suite) then you need to download one of the .gif animator's from the web. Most are free or low cost. If you plan on doing photo editing I would suggest getting the Microsoft photo program. It is less then $100 (even cheaper with rebates, upgrade, etc. If that is all you want to do is make animated avatars then just download a free one. Just go to a site like http://majorgeeks.com/ and do a search for "free .gif animators" (without the quotes) they will give you a description about the program and you can see how many times it has been downloaded and what others have to say about it. This is a "safe" website.

This may be easier for you to find one.
