Before we left the floor, she looked at me and said "your sister" and I said "you speaking to me?" and she said "yes" she said "your sister is very upset about something" and I thought huh???? Connie said "call your sister and tell her everything is going to be just fine, things will work out...". I thought to myself "if I call my sister and tell her that a psychic told me to call her and tell her "everything is going to be just fine, stop worrying about whatever has you so upset..." she would think I had totally lost my marbles. Anyway the seance was over and all the other women left real quick but Val and I stayed with Connie for a few minutes and helped her collect her stuff and candes, etc. We walked down the hall to the door that we need to lock with a padlock before leaving the 8th floor and Connie said "hang on a minute, you will hear someting in about a minute and 10 second or so and sure as heck I heard the most horrendous moan/scream I have ever heard and she said it's just the energies being released. I thought oh great how the heck am I suppose to sleep after this. We make it back to our room which is about 8 stairs down from the 8th floor and I think, I need a glass of wine to calm me down here. Finally at 2:50 I said to Val I have to try and get some sleep. Needless to say I left a light on. The only other strainge occurences is Val's camera when we were on the 8th floor would not shut off even though she had put it to off. She had bought brand new batteries and brand new memory card so we knew it wasn't from old batteries or malfunction. Also at 4:45 am. my radio-alarm clock went off for NO REASON. Unplugging the darn thing didn't make it stop either, not right away and there were NO BATTERIES IN THE THING.

. Needless to say it was an interesting night to say the least and I plan on doing it again!!!!

Oh almost forgot. I did phone my sister on the Tuesday after the seance. I said "you might think I am nuts BUT I have a message for you" and I proceeded to tell her what Connie has said and also that Connie had said she could see her sitting there with her hands running through her hair, holding her head basically, and very upset.... my sister was very quiet at this point when I was saying this and when I was done telling her whattI had been told, that all would be just fine, she said to me "thank you!!" and she told me what she had been going through recently but hadn't told anyone

.

Oh the other thing that was interesting was one of the women in our group, Connie said to her I see a little black dog, his teeth are really crooked and the woman named him and laughed and said yes he always had bad teeth.....

This psychic also does "ghost hunting" and Val and I told her we would be interested in participating in the next one that she organizes. She asked me where I lived and when I told her she mentioned the old restaurant in Oxford Mills and I said yes we go there often and the owner has shared the hauntings that take place there and Connie said she was going to try and get the owner to allow a seance on the premises. I would love to participate in that one as well. After having experienced what I did I am now no longer a skeptic. I can't explain everything but I am a firm believer now that their truly is another dimension that is just not visible to us but it does exist.

. As soon as Val sends me the pics I will put them up for all to see. I haven't seen them downloaded yet but when I complained to

Val that there were no orbs or anything in the pics that she took of our room ... a few days after we got back Val left a message on my phone and said "you know the pics we took in the room... there ARE orbs in them, just didn't see them on the camera until I downloaded them to the computer.... OH!

Hold CRAP Danielle!!! I would have been OUTTA THERE!!!!

We know that the previous owner of our house still hangs around, checking up on us, especially when's Steve's out of town. We will hear the kitchen door open and close and both kids (Mia before Zac was born) will yell Steve's/Daddy's home and run for the door, but no one is there. We had some damage a few years ago (photos and heavy Christmas decorations pushed off of the mantle, some which broke on impact, some perfectly intact, laying on the brick hearth) which COULD have been the cats, but it stopped after I had a "talk" with our resident(s) about sharing the house and being nice to my kids!

For those of you in Ontario, or for that matter in NY state, we should do this as a group. It would be fun. You could all travel to Ottawa and we could all meet at the jail and spend the night and do the seance again
