IM SURE EVERYONES FED UP WITH ME SHOWING THE SAME PICTURE OF MY HORSE AND I HAVE LOADS,BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO GET THEM FROM MY PRINTER/SCANNER ONTO THE FORUM, ITS A LEXMARK 4350 THANKS :bgrin

I am assuming that you have the Lexmark program for it installed? Generally, its kinda a self taught, self guided thing, makes entirely too much sense to send along an instruction manual

: Generally, open the program and search around for the option to scan, once done it will then ask how you want it save it, or even if you do. Just choose tosave to your computer, preferably into an album. This is one of those things that there are a million ways to do justone thing. hope this helps!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH ILL GO AND TRY THAT,I KNOW THESE QUESTIONS CAN GET BORING,BUT I DIDNT KNOW WHO ELSE TO ASK, THANKS AGAIN :saludando:

Ask any questions you want, they arent boring if you need to ask

Another way, if you have Microsoft Word on your computer. Put the picture into the scanner, open up Word, up at the top there will be an option "insert". A drop down menu will open, you can choose insert from "scanner or camera" then choose custom insert. Your scanner properties should open and you make your setting. If you are just going to post the pictures on the web, you don't need a "high resolution" 150 is plenty good enough for website pictures. Save them as .jpg. If you have photo editing programs, there are also options in them to get pictures from scanners. Depends on what you have and what operating system you are using.

If you are using Windows XP there is scanner and camera wizard.

Here's a link that may help you out also.

If all software is loaded on the computer and I would think it has been when you installed the CD that came with it.. Look at the printer this is a 3 in 1 unit... There should be a Scan Button along with all the other buttons on the Printer itself.. Put picture under the flat bed scanner cover, close cover, and Push the Scan Button~! The pic then should pop up on the screen when it is being scanned...Once scanned save to a File...Then up load that picture unto whatever picture storage site you use..

I always make a Separate Picture file (A NEW Folder) and Name it Scanned Pictures... That way I know where that picture or pictures are~!! When I want to load them up on the net...
