Embryo Transfer with minis and shetlands

I was just curious as to if embryo transfers were allowed when breeding minis and shetlands. I know it is a very popular way of breeding in other breeds, and was curious as to if anyone had pursued this with their minis or shetlands. If so, do you feel it was safe and were the foals eligible for registration. Thanks for the input!

Thank you Heather. I will be reading it in a few. We have taken the classes, purchased the equiptment, but I should have investigated this first. Not one of my brighter moments.
