If your horse has falabella blend in its background (say great grandparents), can your horse be registered falabella blend?

I thought so too and I think most if not all of mine might qualify as well!!! Their fees are pretty cheap, and it has me thinking!!! I have already emailed them for more info!

To my knowledge, the horse must be at least 50% Falabella.

The horse is known as a blend, but the horse will never become Pure.

The Blends have been around for years, back in the 1960s and 1970s, many Falabellas were imported from Argentina and crossbred to Shetlands to create many American Miniatures.

Many of the imported stallions were appy, thus where all our wonderful spotted miniatures today descend from. The most famous being Chianti.

I thought all you had to have is one pure falabella in its lineage. And you will have a blend. Anyone know for sure???
