I finally attended my first AMHR Nationals this year and what an experience it was.

This was my first year showing in area 2 and I decided to take my B yearling stallion Buckeye WCF Classical Phoenix to the nationals after having a successful season with him.

After the feeling of being overwhelmed went away when I first arrived at the facility on Saturday, I showed him Monday morning in the amatuer junior stallions over.I was a nervous wreck but after I got into the ring I finally calmed down and received a #4 place out of 28 beautiful horses.

Tuesday and Wednesday I had free before he showed again on Thursday afternoon so I took it all in those 2 days.

Finally Thursday afternoon came and Mike McCabe showed him for me in the open class and out of 21 yearling stallions ,in the 35-36" class I am excited to announce and to introduce the 2007 NATIONAL CHAMPION YEARLING STALLION OVER Buckeye WCF Classical Phoenix.

Congratulations!! Pictures please
