For human or animal?
My cousin gave me a cookie recipe that is awesome. They are "healthfood" eaters (7th Day Adventist)
They are called Walnut Maple cookies
2 1/2 cups walnuts, ground in food processor
2/3 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup flaxseed meal
1/3 cup carob chips
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
Mix the ingredients in the order given. Mix well. Spray a large cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 350. Drop dough on sheet with a spoon and flatten with a fork. Bake 10-15 mins. or until golden brown, checking often. Let cool before removing from the sheet. Makes 1 dozen.
