Flip Camcorder...

A friend of mine got the cutest little camcorder called the Flip Ultra. It is neat and you can download right to your computer. I was thinking about getting one and wondered if anyone here had one and how it held up.

I don't have one ...yet.....but my niece has one and brought it over when she visited in January. I loved it and am planning to get mine in the spring. I loved everything about it! So easy to use and the output of the video is pretty good for a simple camera. When viewing the video she had captured I noticed it was very stable and not a lot of earth moving, boat rocking motion.

I have one. I have the HD version. I LOVE it. It's tiny, easy to use, easy to download, edit etc. My sons in track so he likes to have all of his vaults videoed so he knows what he's doing for training purposes. The flip has a "snapshot" in the edit program that allows you to take a photo from every frame on the video.



and from that video...this is the quality of the single frames you can isolate (on the HD version) Crystal clear for being taken from a fast action sports event.

We have had one for a year and I slip it in my purse when we go anywhere. I'd buy another one in a heartbeat..... I love it!
