I call this one "Growth Chart" Can you tell why?

I've never seen a sunflower this pale color.

And look at this one!

Sun was behind this one!

One of my favorites this year!

This is another. I've had a poster for years that reads "Earth Laughs in Flowers" and I think that's a perfect quote for this one.

Okay--can I have another favorite? This is not edited! The sky was very light that day and the sunflowers very tall.

And, I'll end with a few of these. My daughter came home a few weekends ago and we went to the Waterfront Arts Festival. She bought a pretty little dress made with batiks and asked if I'd take her picture by the sunflowers. I thought the wheat field was good too. She was a good sport about letting me practice some settings.
